Please allow up to six weeks between the time you placed your order and receiving it. However if you are needing something in a much shorter space of time please do not hesitate to contact me before placing your order to see if that is possible, we will try where possible to help you.
2. I have seen something on the web site but would like to alter it slightly?As each piece of jewellery is handmade to order there is no problem to alter a piece of jewellery to your specification (as long as the design will allow for it i.e. it won't weaken the strength of the metal etc).
3. What is your returns policy?As each piece of jewellery is made to order and to your specification, we are unable to offer a returns policy based on anything other than faulty goods.
4. How do I keep my jewellery clean?With each piece of gem jewellery you buy, each item is supplied with cleaning instructions, and how best to take care of your jewellery.
5. I want a piece of jewellery made up and to be a one of?Please contact me either by email or post (details can be found in the contact section) stating what you are looking for. For designs to be passed there is a non - refundable deposit which is to quicken up the process by eliminating people who really aren't interested. 6. I have a specific stone in mind, are you able to get it?I am able to get any stone that you could want at any price range. Please look at the bespoke section for further details.
7. Delivery for bespoke jewelleryDelivery time will depend on how quickly you decide on a design. Design time would normally take 2-3 weeks then on top of that you will have the time for making it, so allow a further 6 weeks from the date of decision.
